Fans, don't close your eyes just yet wrestling fans -- former
two-time WWE Intercontinental Champion, former nine-time WWE
World Tag Team Champion, and the hottest free agent to jump
ship in 2005, Christian Cage,
made his first-ever appearance on The Mayhem! One of the most
eye-opening & candid interviews of Christian's career
and quite possibly in MNM history.
Coming off the heels of his Total Nonstop Action Pay-Per-View
debut match against "The Alpha Male" Monty Brown,
"Captain Charisma" discussed his departure from
the WWE and what it's been like in his first month in TNA
-- including why it was important for him to finish up at
Taboo Tuesday & the following SmackDown for closure, whether
or not "The Peep Show" will be coming to Impact
anytime soon, and what the fans can expect to see from him
in the new year. Will we see a continued new arsenal of moves?
Who will he square off against in 2006? The answers may surprise
you!
This interview is also one of the most comprehensive of Christian's
career, pertaining to his time with the WWE. He breaks down
what it was like getting his start with the company in The
Brood (and whether or not he ever feared their ring entrance
from the bowels of the arena), his own personal thoughts on
the WCW/ECW Invasion angle, what is was like working with
Lance Storm in the Un-American faction, his on-air relationship
with Trish Stratus, & going one-on-one against "Mr.
Monday Night" Rob Van Dam & Booker T -- along with
several other current WWE superstars.
Christian also detailed his current friendship with his former
tag-team partner, Edge -- and gave his takes on his new "shoot"
persona. Cage also finally revealed which of the legendary
"five-second poses" & which of his matches in
Canada were his personal favorites. Does he think the WWE
is in good hands with John Cena & Batista at the helm?
And could he ever see himself going back "up north"
in the future?
In addition, Christian gives his dirt on why he chose to take
part in "The Self-Destruction Of The Ultimate Warrior"
DVD, his thoughts on the future of tag team wrestling, and
why we may never see Chris Jericho in a wrestling ring ever
again.
Peeps around the world unite, and listen to your leader on
The Mayhem! |

Look who has returned for a nice holiday surprise! It's been
far too long, but after a two+ year hiatus, former WWE superstar,
D-Lo Brown, joined Monday Night
Mayhem for some holiday cheer and to preview Ring Of Glory's
"Great Commission" show. D-Lo gave some pretty interesting
insight into Vince Russo's latest venture, and why he feels
the former "Anti-Christ Of Professional Wrestling"
has truly changed for the better.
While catching up with Mosh & Hero for the first time
since WrestleReunion II & on a small hiatus from his most
recent tour of Japan, D-Lo took the fans down "The Mayhem
Memory Lane" -- to 1997 & the height of the Nation
Of Domination vs. DX feud. Some awesome insight into one of
the hottest feuds in professional wrestling & sports-entertainment
history were covered in great detail. D-Lo also described
his personal relationship with Ron "Faarooq" Simmons
and why he classifies Ron as his "grandfather."
In addition, D-Lo gave his own takes on whether or not the
WWE dropped the ball on his former tag team partner, Mark
Henry, and where he sees "The World's Strongest Man"
headed after his WWE contract expires. And exactly, how close
were we to seeing a NOD reunion at The Great Commission? Your
answers, courtesy of "Your Home Of Wrestling Radio."
In this 30+ minute interview, D-Lo also talked about why he
still classifies the WWE European Championship as "his
world title," his memories of working with the late "British
Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith, whether or not he sees Brock
Lesnar working in Japan damaging any hopes of working with
the WWE in the future, and what his fondest memory of his
run in TNA is. D-Lo also becomes the first Mayhem guest to
be put in "the hot seat," -- to answer the controversial
topic of the WWE's new drug policy. Being in their locker
room prior, does he feel this will work, or is this a matter
of the company saving face after the tragic passing of Eddie
Guerrero. This answer may shock you!
And, if that is not enough, in one of the most hilarious moments
in Mayhem history, find out the live reaction to D-Lo receiving
an e-mail on the air (from MNM) containing the highly-talked
about picture of "The Macho Man" Randy Savage looking
like Kris Kringle himself! |

Good things always have a history of starting up around the
same time and going together like milk & cookies -- Monday
Night Mayhem was born in February 2002, Total Nonstop Action
Wrestling became a reality in June 2002. As The Mayhem closed
in on its four-year anniversary & with the holiday season
upon us, we were honored to have the president of TNA, Dixie
Carter, join The Mayhem -- with just days before TNA's
last Pay-Per-View of the year!
Dixie gave her official "2005 State Of TNA Address," reflecting
on the year that was in Total Nonstop Action & what's to come
in 2006. From the signings of Team 3-D, Rhino, Christian Cage
to the debut of TNA Impact on Spike TV, a lot has happened
for the company over the past year. What does she have in
store for 2K6?
Dixie also previewed the Turning Point Pay-Per-View (including
more on a special surprise that will "change the face of wrestling
forever), address the rumors of Chris Benoit's & Chris Jericho's
possible jump to TNA, where not not she might be interested
in signing Christy Hemme, the chances of seeing Round II of
the "Monday Night Wars," and her uncensored thoughts on the
WWE's new drug policy. |

Former NWA World Tag Team Champion,
Simon Diamond, also made his return to The Mayhem after
a two-year hiatus -- and you better believe that the man known
as Pat Kenney had a lot to say!
Simon broke down his upcoming Basebrawl Match at the Turning
Point Pay-Per-View (The Diamonds In The Rough vs. Chris Sabin,
Sonjay Dutt, & "The Demon" Dale Torborg w/Chicago White Sox
World Series Champion, AJ Pierzynski, in their corner) and
what it has been like working with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan,
who will be the special guest commentator for his match.
He
also gave his takes & thoughts on this year's ECW reunion
shows (One Night Stand/Hardcore Homecoming) & whether or not
we will see the "extreme" revival again in 2006, Dawn Marie's
release from the WWE, Joey styles becoming the full-time play-by-play
voice of Monday Night RAW, why his former tag team partner,
Johnny Swinger, has not been pushed since signing with World
Wrestling Entertainment, and of course...the success of the
Notre Dame Fightin' Irish football team & their chances of
succeeding against the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Tostitos
Fiesta Bowl. No problems here wrestling fans! Three cheers
for Simon Diamond, as he stepped back into the Monday Night
Mayhem squared circle!
This
was a huge night in Mayhem history -- and we invite wrestling
fans throughout the world to tune in & listen to just one
of the reasons why "Your Home Of Wrestling Radio" is the hottest
show out there! |

A special night, a special time. Can you say Wednesday Night
Mayhem? "Sweeps Month" closed out with a bang, as former two-time
NWA World Tag Team Champion, Lance Hoyt,
stepped foot into The Mayhem squared circle for the first
time!
Lance was aboard
the program to talk about TNA's upcoming primetime special
& the Turning Point Pay-Per-View. In addition, Hoyt gave his
takes on Kid Kash's & "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes respective
runs with the WWE so far, what he sees for Hoytamania in 2006,
the "tale of the tape" between a battle of fantasy warfare
of "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan (and Hulkamania) vs. Lance himself
(and Hoytamania), and what him & talk show host, Jenny Jones,
have in common.
The entire Impact
Zone crowd tuned in -- did you? If not, it's simple... download

And if that enough action for you, fellow wrestling journalist
& the author of "Wrestling's Underbelly: From Bingo Halls
to Shopping Malls," (available through www.Jimmy
Van.com & most major retail stores), Jimmy
Van, joined the show to discuss his new book, in addition
what's in store for Joey Styles as the new WWE Monday Night
RAW play-by-play man, the upcoming Eric Bischoff/Shane McMahon
on-air feud (and what that means for the future of Bischoff
on television), and how the WWE's new drug policy will affect
the future of professional wrestling & sports-entertainment.

11/30/05
The Big Mosh & Ho-Ju also had a complete recap of the WWE
Survivor Series PPV & the WWE SmackDown Special, and all of
the latest on "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair's problems with the
law. Plenty of action (but no road rage) in this week's edition
of the MNM Newswire.
Finally, we were
proud to kick off our "Merry Mayhem
Christmas Giveaway." All who listen to The Mayhem throughout
the month of December will have the opportunity to win some
cool free stuff -- just in time for the holidays (including
the latest TNA & Ring Of Honor DVD's/Shoot Interviews, copies
of Jimmy Van's book ("From Bingo Halls To Shopping Malls")
& Vince Russo's autobiography ("Forgiven: One Man's journey
From Self Glorification To Sanctification") Ilio DiPaolo's
Restaurant gift certificates (redeemable at www.IlioDiPaolos.com,
new/limited edition Mayhem T-shirts, and much more).
That's right,
we said free stuff! Check out the MNM Uberfun Message Board
for all the details! The holiday season is now in full effect,
thanks to Monday Night Mayhem! |

On the week of Thanksgiving, there's parades, football, turkey,
and pumpkin pie -- but there's always room for some Mayhem!
Gobble geeble!
The man joined us for our final-ever edition of Monday Night
Mayhem on broadcast radio one year ago, so we found it fitting
to extend the invitation once again. He has been called "The
Anti-Christ Of Professional Wrestling." By some of his
harshest critics, he has been dubbed as one of the contributors
who "killed" World Championship Wrestling. Controversy
has followed him his entire career. Vince
Russo made his triumphant return to The Mayhem!
Vince
joined The Big Mosh & Blade to promote his new autobiography,
"Forgiven: One Man's Journey From Self-Glorification To Satisfaction,"
(available through www.ECWPress.com
& most major retail stores) & Ring Of Glory's upcoming event,
"The Great Commission." Russo also gave his uncensored thoughts
on Jim Ross' future with the WWE & why he feels his "firing"
storyline went over the edge, the passing of Eddie Guerrero,
who he truly feels was responsible for "The Death Of WCW,"
and some of his greatest memories of past WWE Survivor Series
events - including the infamous "Montreal Screwjob."
Vince promised all who listened an interview for the ages,
one that will silence his critics forever and answer any questions
that have never been answered -- and he delivered in a huge
way! |

|
| |
11/21/05
As The Mayhem got all American wrestling fans into the Thanksgiving
spirit, we also found it fitting to invite one of our close
personal friends back to the program -- The Coach Of Team
Canada, Scott D'Amore.
Scott
joined Blade & The Big Mosh to discuss his thoughts on Christian
Cage turning down the offer of a lifetime -- to join Team
Canada and what's next for TNA's newest acquisition. Scott
also gave his personal & candid takes on the chances of
Bret "Hitman Hart" coming to Total Nonstop Action, what
his men have in store at Turning Point, and what he sees
for TNA as 2006 rapidly approaches. In addition, the age-old
question was finally answered: Why do Canadians & Americans
not celebrate Thanksgiving together on the very same day?

11/14/05
The world of professional wrestling lost one of its greatest
competitors of all time on the morning of November 13, 2005,
Eddie Guerrero. Monday Night
Mayhem wishes to extend our condolences to his wife, Vicki,
his three children, his family & friends, and those
in the locker rooms of World Wrestling Entertainment, Total
Nonstop Action, Ring Of Honor, and promotions throughout
the world who are in mourning.
Join The Big Mosh & Blade, along with special guests, former
WWE Tag Team Champions, Charlie Haas
& Brother Devon, as we remember
Eddie's life & legacy and collectively pay our final respects
to "Latino Heat." From the match that made him an international
star at "When Worlds Collide" in 1994 to his time as WWE
Champion, Eddie's legendary career was remembered throughout
the entire program. A fitting tribute to a man who gave
everything he had to everyone he ever met.
This
show is for you Eddie. Rest in peace.

11/07/05 The Big Mosh, The Angry Hero, & Blade were ready
to kick off the November "sweeps" month on The Mayhem
-- and things got started off the right way, as former eight-time
NWA World Heavyweight Champion & WWE Hall Of Famer, Harley
Race, stepped into The Monday Night Mayhem squared
circle for the first-time ever.
Harley
joined The Big Mosh, The Angry Hero, & Blade to discuss
his two latest books ("The Professional Wrestlers'
Instructional & Workout Guide" -- written by Harley
Race, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, & Les
Thatcher w/Alex Marvez & "King Of The Ring: The
Harley Race Story" -- written by Harley Race w/Gerry
Tritz), which are both available at most major retail stores
& through www.SportsPublishingLLC.com.
In
addition, Harley gave his uncensored & personal comments
about his appearance at WWE Homecoming, his Legends deal
with the WWE, what "The American Dream" Dusty
Rhodes' return to World Wrestling Entertainment means for
the company (including more on Vader's WWE future), the
criticisms of Triple H & "The Nature Boy"
Ric Flair, the chances of a new Monday Night War brewing
between TNA & the WWE, and so much more! This interview
is must-listen classic for any wrestling fan -- either past
or present.
|
| |
|
| |
In
addition, the man behind Figure Four Weekly & "The
Death Of WCW," Bryan Alvarez,
made his long-awaited return to The Mayhem to discuss all
of the hot news items from this past week's MNM Newswire (including
the latest on Christian quitting the WWE/his possible future
with TNA, Joey Styles' appearance at Taboo Tuesday & what's
in store for Monday Night RAW's announcing team, Brock Lesnar's
return to professional wresting, whether or not Torrie Wilson
is going to be gone from World Wrestling Entertainment before
the end of the year, and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin taking
his ball & going home again -- but this time for all the
right reasons). |
| |
|
| |
| And
if that isn't enough, coming off the heels of this past Saturday
night's epic November Reign event at The (former) ECW Arena,
"The Manager Of Champions,"
Bill Alfonso joined The Mayhem to break down the last
event of the Hardcore Homecoming tour, when we will be seeing
"Mr. Monday Night" Rob Van Dam back on WWE television,
why he feels wrestlers are idiots to leave the WWE, and whether
or not he will be joining "The Homicidal, Suicidal, Genocidal,
Death-Defying" Sabu in TNA as his manager. Fonzie was
live & uncensored daddy!

10/31/05
The Monday Night Mayhem Hardcore Halloween Spook-tacular truly
was one scary & spooky night, as legendary wrestling manager
& the current owner of Gulf South Wrestling, Percy
Pringle III, stepped into The Mayhem squared circle,
to discuss his career after the WWE, his recent work as an
internet correspondent for PWInsider.com, and his new promotion.
Percy has never been one to hold back -- and he gave The Mayhem
his personal & candid thoughts & comments on Jerry
Jarrett's appearance this past week at WWE Headquarters, Jim
Ross' future in the WWE, when The Undertaker might hang up
the boots, Kane's staying power, a possible return to World
Wrestling Entertainment or even spot in TNA -- plus a whole
lot more!
In
addition, Percy's alter ego & former manager of The
Undertaker, Paul Bearer, rose
from the ashes -- speaking from beyond the grave on Halloween
night -- including saying something that has never said
on broadcast television/radio ever before! No concrete crypt
could hold this man down! O yes!
|

10/24/05
That's right wrestling fans! It was time to shake, rattle,
& roll! The Mayhem needed some Honka-Honka-Honkey love!
The only man who could bring it was former WWE Intercontinental
Champion, The Honky Tonk Man.
Honky promised a "shoot for the ages" -- and delivered
in a huge way! Lots of items were up for discussion with the
legendary HTM: including Jim Ross & his WWE future, Honky's
takes on his former Rhythm & Blues tag team partner (Greg
"The Hammer" Valentine) & his Heat appearance
against Rob Conway, in addition to the Jake "The Snake"
Roberts, Bret "Hitman" Hart, & Ultimate Warrior
DVD's (and whether or not he expects the WWE to make one for
him), and the real reason as to why he didn't sign a WWE Legends
contract -- and that's just the tip of the iceberg! If that
isn't enough, Honky gave his uncensored thoughts & takes
on Kevin Nash's latest health scare, Ricky "The Dragon"
Steamboat not wanting to work with him, and of course, an
awesomely funny Jerry Lawler -- involving his latest girlfriend.
With another Taboo Tuesday upon us (more specifically the
"Fulfill Your Fantasy" WWE Divas Match), does "The
King" wish he was back in high school again? Honky has
that very answer!
In
the almost four years of MNM broadcasts, The Big Mosh, The
Angry Hero, & Blade have never experienced anything

Enter Sandman! Former five-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion,
The Sandman, also joined the
program for the very first time and gave his uncensored
takes & thoughts on the events leading up to ECW's One Night
Stand Pay-Per-View & what went down that very night (including
his match with Tommy Dreamer vs. The Dudley Boyz) and why
he has not appeared on WWE television since that very night.
The Sandman also broke down his time in World Championship
Wrestling as Hardcore Hak, his year-long stint in TNA, and
of course, plenty of memories from his time in Extreme Championship
Wrestling. And the question on the hearts & minds of wrestling
fans worldwide, will The Sandman
make an appearance at the Hardcore Homecoming finale, November
Reign?
From his legendary feud with Raven over his son (Tyler)
& his matches vs. Rhino, Cactus Jack, & Justin Credible
to being managed by some of the hottest women in this business,
The Sandman has seen in, lived
it, and well -- done it all! It was now time for him to
Feel The Mayhem!

Score one for the good guys! Former WWE Champion, former WCW
World Heavyweight Champion, former member of the nWo, the
real star of "The Longest Yard," and the #1 Contender for
the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, Kevin
Nash, stepped into The Mayhem squared circle for the
first time ever, to preview what was supposed to be his main
event match at Bound For Glory vs. Jeff Jarrett for the NWA
Heavyweight Championship. This interview took place just days
before Nash was unable to compete at the PPV, due to Kevin's
medical emergency -- which took place the night before the
event. "Big Sexy" was in great spirits however, as he also
gave his uncensored thoughts & takes on the likelihood of
a future "Monday Night War" in the works, the WWE moving back
to USA, Jim Ross' "departure" from WWE RAW, Shawn Michaels'
comeback, if & when Scott Hall & Sean Waltman will be returning,
and how he really feels about Vince McMahon & the "death"
of World Championship Wrestling. Get our your black gloves
wrestling fans and let the roller coaster begin! |

If you happen to love beautiful & talented women, then MNM
has you covered once again. Former WWE Women's Champion and
TNA's newest & hottest knockout, Gail
Kim, felt The Mayhem, and joined the program to promote
the most important night in Total Nonstop Action history --
answering the tough questions in the process. Why did she
really sign with TNA and align herself with Jeff Jarrett &
America's Most Wanted? What really went on behind-the-scenes
in Stamford, CT? What led to her departure from the WWE? What
are her uncensored thoughts on the RAW Divas Search? And what
was the real deal behind those nude photos coming out earlier
this year? All of these questions, and plenty more, were answered,
as wrestling's newest cheerleader stepped into The Monday
Night Mayhem squared circle! |

ECW's very own Tod Gordon joined
Monday Night Mayhem to give his thoughts on the upcoming Hardcore
Homecoming "November Reign" event (including the status on
if this is the last stop on the tour), the latest on the recent
legal problems between the WWE & Team 3-D, Paul Heyman's future
with World Wrestling Entertainment, and an early preview of
his upcoming autobiography -- which very well might be the
most uncensored wrestling book ever! You have never heard
Tod Gordon like this! This was definitely an "Interview Of
The Year" nominee and another instant Mayhem Classic! |

How does one wrestler prepare for one of the biggest matches
in his career -- by being on The Mayhem of course. Former
TNA X-Division Champion, Matt Bentley,
joined the program to preview his upcoming epic Ultimate X
#1 Contenders Match vs. Petey Williams & Chris Sabin,
in addition to giving the lowdown on why he chose to return
to Total Nonstop Action vs. signing with the WWE, his takes
on Frankie Kazarian leaving the WWE (and which wrestlers "up
north" being interested in heading to TNA), and his comments
on the Shawn Michaels/Kurt Angle Feud Of The Year in the WWE.
The artist formerly known as Michael Shane had been silent
since his re-signing with TNA -- and Matt Bentley broke that
very silence on Monday Night Mayhem's return to the LIVE airwaves!

Former WWE World Tag Team Champion, former WWE Intercontinental
Champion, and the 1999 King Of The Ring, Kip
James, made his much-anticipated
first appearance on the program -- stepping into The Mayhem
squared circle with The Big Mosh & The Angry Hero. With being
one of the longest tenured superstars with World Wrestling
Entertainment for well over a decade, you know that the artist
formerly known as Billy Gunn
had a lot on his mind -- from his time
with The Smoking Gunns, working with Degeneration X, and teaming
with Chuck Palumbo to being a part of the active TNA roster
and feuding with BG James once again. What will his role at
Bound For Glory be? Does he see another "Monday Night War"
in the works anytime soon? If your name happens to be either
Vince or Hunter, then listen discretion is highly advised
for you. If you're not down Kip being with The Mayhem, we
got two words for ya -- Suck it!

09/23/05 Former eight-time Smokey Mountain World Tag Team
Champion, former WWE World Tag Team Champion, and former scout/road
agent for World Wrestling Entertainment, Dr.
Tom Prichard, joined Monday Night
Mayhem to analyze the WWE Unforgiven Pay-Per-View from top-to-bottom
-- in addition to giving his candid thoughts on the future
of tag team wrestling, what's in store for the WWE as they
make their return to the USA Network, what is was like working
with Chris Candido as part of The Body Donnas, and being a
member of The Heavenly Bodies (managed by Jim Cornette). Does
Tom see himself working with Vince McMahon anytime in the
future? Could we see him as part of TNA before the end of
'05? All this and so much more, as "The
Doctor Of Desire" goes to
school!

As the Hardcore Homecoming World Tour got ready to get underway,
former ECW World Tag Team Champion & member of The Gangstas,

the WWE to work with John Cena, why he was not at ECW's One
Night Stand Pay-Per-View, what he has in store for the superstars
formerly known as The Dudley Boyz (and it isn't pretty!),
and a whole lot more! Words cannot desribe the emotion & intensity
contained in this interview. Truly, The Mayhem went to another
level!

Former WCW valet/manager/backstage announcer,

why she has not taken part in either ECW reunion show, and
her candid takes on Eric Bischoff, Jason Hervey, "Nasty Boy"
Brian Knobbs, former Buffalo Bills QB Jim Kelly, Paul Heyman,
and so much more! "The First Lady Of Wrestling" definitely
brought some class & sass to the MNM table. Another must-listen
